When you book a workspace through XBooking, you enter into a contract with the workspace provider. XBooking facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the booking agreement.
Cancellation policies vary by workspace provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each booking. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be subject to fees.
You agree not to use XBooking for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:
XBooking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of workspace listings, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of hosts to provide services.
In no event shall XBooking be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
