    Booking and Payment

    Booking Process

    When you book a workspace through XBooking, you enter into a contract with the workspace provider. XBooking facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the booking agreement.

    Payment Terms

    • Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation
    • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
    • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees
    • Service fees are non-refundable except as required by law

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policies vary by workspace provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each booking. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be subject to fees.

    User Conduct

    You agree not to use XBooking for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
    • Impersonating another person or entity
    • Uploading or transmitting harmful or malicious content
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfering with other users' use of the service
    • Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization
